We are deeply saddened to announce that Dennis Hart, PhD, PT

FOTO's Director of Consulting and Research,

passed away April 11, 2012.

Dennis's brilliance and passion enriched and improved all of our lives.  No words can adequately express our sadness at Dennis's death or our gratitude for the opportunity to have worked with him.  Since our beginning Dennis has been our scientific guide, his favorite saying was "In God we trust, all others bring data".  His work has produced precise, valid and responsive functional measures which all of rehabilitation will use as the standard for measuring the functional status of their patients.  We are so grateful this work was one of his passions.

Those of us who were fortunate enough to know and work with Dennis have lost a dear friend and an inspiring mentor.  His greatest love was for his wife and his family, and our hearts go out to them in our thoughts and our prayers.  We will honor his memory by dedicating ourselves to continuing the work he loved so much.

We invite friends, customers and colleagues to submit their memories of Dennis to a memorial page in his honor.

Demo Information

FOTO is pleased to offer fully electronic data collection options both on-line and in an installed software package. Our web-based data collection also now offers the option of the patient completing the surveys outside the clinic, if internet access is available.

I would be happy to schedule a time for me to do an on-line demo of either data collection option with your company at your convenience.
