Mr. Mioduski is a programmer in the information systems department at FOTO, Inc. He has an AS in Pre-Engineering from Roane State Community College, BS in Mathematics from Tennessee Technological University and his MS in Management Science from University of Tennessee Knoxville.
Jerry’s tasks at FOTO are programming using relational database software, Visual FoxPro, to create applications and reports. He also, handles all importing and exporting of data and provides technical support for clients.
Jerry has attended a seminar at the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) from which he developed a program to convert FOTO’s data to JCAHO’s ORYX data for Submission. He has also recently attended training at the University of Chicago to develop an algorithm for the adapted survey administration tool.
