FOTO's cutting edge Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT) provides patients with an impairment specific survey where the computer selects FHS items appropriate for the patient's functional ability.  The CAT items have been adapted from a generic survey (SF-36) and several region-specific surveys (Oswestry, Lysholm, and Neck Disability Index).  The combination of generic and region-specific items allows the CAT to measure function across a variety of patient problems with increased precision. As soon as a high level of measure precision is achieved, the survey is complete, typically in 8 - 10 questions.

FOTO's Patient Specific Reports print immediately, as soon as your patient completes their survey.  Patient information is in the clinician's hands before they see the patient, making the initial evaluation more efficient.  During treatment these reports compare the patient's progress to the risk-adjusted national aggregate in our database for functional change and patient satisfaction.  At Discharge, the efficiency of treatment is compared.
