With PI® or Manual Patient Entry, Patient Specific Reports are produced as
soon as the corresponding survey is completed. These reports compare the
patient to the national aggregate in their risk-adjusted category.

Profile Report
The FOTO®
Outcomes Profile provides a risk-adjusted comparison of the participant
and the National Aggregate in FOTO®’s Database. The report is delivered
via e-mail each quarter.

There
are four management reports that can be printed form within the PI®
software. These reports aid in implementing the system and monitoring
compliance.
Custom
Outcomes Profile Reports
The FOTO®
Outcomes Profile Report can be sorted for any data point gathered. The
format is the same as the outcomes profile report, except the “Unit”
data may reflect an individual clinician, referring physician, payer,
employer, payment source, ICD9 code, Surgical CPT code, etc.
Satisfaction
Detail Report
The
Satisfaction Detail Report compares the Unit’s satisfaction scores to
the national aggregate individually for each satisfaction question.
