Patient Reported Outcomes result from the patient taking assessments on a computer or mobile device. The patient answers based on his perception of the condition.

The assessment uses computer adaptive testing (CAT). The CAT is quick, only asking relevant questions specificc to the patient’s condition.

The data from the assessment is sent to the FOTO machine, where risk adjustment and predictive analytics are applied.
