FOTO Outcomes Conference #OC2018

The planning has begun! The FOTO Family has begun planning for the 18th annual Outcomes Conference! Save the date! This year the conference is from September 27-29th in Denver, Colorado.

For some of you, let me help you better understand what this conference is like. The atmosphere will have less oxygen this year... although that may be true, the lightness of the atmosphere will not diminish the energy of the attendees. This conference is full of attendees openly sharing how they use their outcomes data. There is plenty of time scheduled for attendees to interact between themselves and with speakers and with a variety of vendors.

A few thoughts from previous attendees may describe the conference better than me.

Applicability of information to practice from numerous perspectives of financial, clinical, marketing, etc.... and opportunity to interact with all presenters, FOTO associates, and other users.

Great combination of both style AND substance. A great value. The speakers didn't offer "fluff" or hype, but rather data and metrics.

The content of the conference revolves around outcomes: sharing the science,  helping with implementation, understanding data, using the data clinically, increasing patient engagement, marketing and discussing payer contracts focused on value based purchasing.

This year FOTO is offering something unique and special:  a call for presenters (or nominations). If you or someone you know, has something outcomes worthy to share, please submit your idea by April 12, 2018. Some of the best presentations have been from attendees and previous attendees.

The conference is not totally planned as of yet. The FOTO Family is working diligently to bring another fantastic conference to all of you. You may find more information here about the conference.

Update: you can now register!  Register now!

I'll keep you updated via blog posts about keynote speakers and presenters as I learn the details, so stay tuned!

Until next time,
