We know you will all be arriving in Knoxville to learn more about how to implement efficient ways to capture your outcomes... why risk-adjusting is key when it comes to comparing outcomes... ways to manage and improve your outcomes.... and the new opportunities for marketing your outcomes to people in your community and to payer to improve your payment for services. Please remember what you learn this weekend is not top secret!
Learning is only part of the conference experience, right?
So... we'd like to share a litte bit of Knoxville opportunities for you to enjoy after your learning for the day is done!
Exercise: If you'd like to be in the great outdoors, take advantage of the "Greenway" along the Tennessee River. The staff at the Marriott will love showing you how to get to the Greenway. We suggest you study the map a little bit because it seems to get a little bit tricky near the Second Creek Greenway.
Food: Oh my gosh! TONS of food opportunities in the downtown area. Snag the Downtown Restaurants Guide when you register. You have easy access to the restaurants via the Knoxville trolley. The Knoxville trolley stops right under the pavillion of the front doors of the Marriott. Remember... it makes it runs to downtown and back until 10 pm. If you plan on staying out late, have a back up plan for your return to the hotel.
WiFi: FREE in your room and in the conference rooms!
And because we know, evening discussions are an integral part of any conference. Here are a few options for enjoying a few pints: Downtown Grill & Brewery, Clancy's Tavern, Suttree's High Gravity Tavern, Hops and Hollers.
Entertainment: Market Square should have music and art vendors (depending on the time of the day).
The Dogwood Arts Festival is in Market Square.
Looking forward to seeing everyone!
Until next time,
