Functional Patient Outcomes and Patient Satisfaction

Providing quality care and service to our patients make up the foundation of AthletiCo. To demonstrate this commitment to both our patients and referring physicians, we have partnered with Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes, Inc. (FOTO) to measure functional patient outcomes and patient satisfaction with national data comparison.

What is FOTO?

FOTO is the largest and most valid external database for rehabilitation, measuring patient satisfaction and functional outcomes for musculoskeletal, industrial, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and pediatric patients.

During care at our facilities, our patients now complete a health status questionnaire using an iPad mobile digital device at admission, mid-treatment, and discharge. The data provided rates the patient's ability to do usual activities. FOTO then provides an external, standardized, comparative database management and reporting service.

FOTO, Inc., Introduces improved Patient Inquiry, a web based program for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Patients. Includes G Codes and Severity Modifiers for CMS Functional Limitation reporting.

FOTO introduces scientifically validated, web based, computer assisted (CAT), patient report surveys, utilizing efficient item response test (IRT) procedures for measuring functional status and functional limitation in patients suffering from Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. The CAT methodology shortens the number of questions required, for the patient to answer, to obtain a valid functional status. As with other measures developed by FOTO, These innovative surveys also produce automatic G code, severity modifier calculation for functional limitation reporting required by Medicare for outpatient rehabilitation therapy providers.
