FOTO Expands Options for Claims and Registry Based Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS)

Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes, Inc. (FOTO) is pleased to announce the expansion of the number of measures that it supports for both Individual Data Registry-based and Individual Claims based reporting for PQRS.

For Individual Data Registry-based reporting, FOTO includes the PQRS Measures listed below which cover thirteen measures across three domains. All of the measures except 217 – 223 may also be reported as Individual Claims-based Measures. FOTO provides the needed codes to include on claims for those.
