FOTO Expands Options for Claims and Registry Based Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS)

FOTO adds to the number of measures that it supports for reporting both data registry-based and claims based reporting for PQRS. FOTO strongly supports making reporting PQRS as easy and fast as possible for their clients.

Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes, Inc. (FOTO) is pleased to announce the expansion of the number of measures that it supports for both Individual Data Registry-based and Individual Claims based reporting for PQRS.

All of the measures except 217 – 223 may also be reported as Individual Claims-based Measures. FOTO provides the needed codes to include on claims for those.
