FOTO procedures for the protection and confidentiality of individually identifiable patient information, specifically Protected Health Information (PHI), will meet or exceed the requirements set forth by HIPAA and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) further defined in our Business Associate Agreements and license agreements with our customers.
